When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. Made to order and other print-on-demand items usually ship in 4-5 days (BUT fulfillment has been backed up due to COVID, so wait times may be longer than normal). You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it.
Care instructions:
1. Flip the garment inside out before washing.
2. Wash cold with like colors.
3. Hang dry or tumble dry low.
Order issues:
1.) Can I get the shipping address changed on my order: Please double check your address before completing the checkout process.
Address changes must be requested within 48 hoursof order placement. Any requests made later than 48 hours may not be processed before order shipment.

2.) Can I cancel my order? Order cancellations must be requested within 48 hoursof order placement. Any requests made later than 48 hours will incur a $2.50 fee per item. The fee/s will be deducted from order refund. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to properly appear in your account. If you decide that you need to cancel your order, please email us at thesunshineshoptx@gmail.com
RETURNS:
With our 100% satisfaction guarantee we will provide a one-time exchange for the same item different size. All returns are subject to the following conditions (‘Return Conditions’), except in the case of faulty items which may be returned in accordance with the Faulty item section below.
The return must be made within 14 days of receipt:
We will use the tracked delivery date for online purchases as your receipt date
You have valid proof of purchase;
The items are unworn and in a saleable condition;
The items have not been altered, washed, dry cleaned or damaged while with you; and
The swing tag and any other applicable packaging is still attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
